Blood · DNA · Everyday
Your results, explained.Your next step, planned.
Predyqt reads your blood and DNA results, tells you what they mean in plain words, and turns them into a plan of tests, checks and specialist visits that keeps up as each new result arrives.

Draft until signed
Every analysis says whether a clinician has signed it off yet.
Your file, not kept
An uploaded report is read into your results, then deleted.
Ranges, not guesses
Forecasts come as a range, and are scored against what happened.
Every marker, in plain words
- Ferritin: Iron stores
- HbA1c: Average blood sugar
- LDL: The harmful cholesterol
- HDL: The protective cholesterol
- TSH: Thyroid control signal
- eGFR: Kidney filtering rate
- Vitamin D: Sunshine vitamin
- CRP: Inflammation marker
- Haemoglobin: Oxygen-carrying protein
- ALT: Liver enzyme
- Triglycerides: Blood fats
- Potassium: Heart and muscle salt
- Vitamin B12: Nerve and blood vitamin
- Platelets: Clotting cells
- Uric acid: Gout-related waste
- Albumin: Main blood protein
01The result
Every number, in plain words.
A lab report is written for the lab. Predyqt rewrites it for you: what each marker is, where it sits against your range, what that can and can’t mean, and what to do about it.
Ferritin
How much iron your body has stored
What this means
A little above your range, and it has been climbing for a year. Ferritin rises with inflammation or a recent illness as well as with iron, so one reading can’t say which.
Repeat test in 8 weeks · added to your plan
- 01
Named the way you’d say it
Ferritin, and under it: how much iron your body has stored. Every marker carries a plain name.
- 02
Explained, not staged as an alarm
A reading outside its range comes with what it can and can’t tell you, in words.
- 03
A next step, already in the plan
The repeat test lands on your plan, where you can order it.
- 04
Honest about who wrote it
It says it’s a draft until a clinician signs it off, and the app always shows which one you’re reading.
02The plan
Your next step, planned.
Screenings, repeat tests and specialist visits, laid out by year on your own age line. Each one can be ordered or booked from the plan itself, and each new result moves the plan with it.

03How it works
One loop, not a one-off report.
Every result feeds your plan. Every plan item can be ordered or booked. Every order brings back a result, and the plan moves with it.
01Order
Choose a blood panel or DNA test from the catalogue.
02Upload
Add your lab report. You check what was read before anything is saved to your record.
03Understand
An AI analysis reads it alongside your history and explains it in plain words. A clinician can review and sign it off.
04Plan
Screenings, repeat tests and specialist visits, laid out by year on your own age line.
05Track
Sleep, meals, medication, activity and vitals, from your phone, a watch or by hand.
06Act
Order the next test or book the specialist from the plan itself. The new result starts the loop again.
04In action
Not a mockup.A Friday, in the app.
Every screen here was captured from the working build: one week of results, meals, sleep and movement, exactly as the app drew them.
Real screens · profile photo removed

01 / 08Home
A home screen that ranks your day.
It opens on what needs you now rather than a fixed grid of features, ranked by consequence: an overdue test outranks a routine one.
- 1Your score, and what moved since yesterday
- 2Markers outside your range, named rather than counted
- 3The next test on your plan, ready to order

02 / 08Results
Out of range goes to the top.
Every marker you have had tested, with the ones outside your range listed first. Tap any of them to see how it has moved across your reports.
- 1How many markers sit outside your range
- 2Ranges personalised to your DNA results
- 3What moved since your last test, toward or away from range

03 / 08Analysis
Written for you, not for the lab.
The analysis reads your new results alongside your history and explains them in plain words. It says it is AI-generated until a clinician has verified it.
- 1A headline you can read at a glance
- 2One next step, spelled out
- 3Marked as not yet verified by a clinician

04 / 08Assistant
Ask anything. It already knows the context.
The assistant reads the same results and plan the rest of the app does, so an answer starts from your record rather than from nothing.
- 1Ask about something the app suggested
- 2An answer shaped by the plan you are following
- 3Follow-up questions, one tap away

05 / 08Nutrition
Meals, measured against your plan.
Targets come from your health plan, not a generic calorie count. When your analysis gives dietary advice, the tracker carries it word for word.
- 1Today against your own target
- 2Advice from your health plan, as it was written
- 3Log from a photo, a description or by hand

06 / 08Sleep
Every night, and every nap.
Nights and naps stacked by stage, from a single night to all time. Naps count toward the day’s sleep and your goal; the score stays the night’s.
- 1Your average night, and how many were recorded
- 2Score, goal and naps at a glance
- 3Each bar a night, split by stage

07 / 08Activity
A gap stays a gap.
Active minutes, steps, calories and distance, synced from your phone or watch. A day with nothing recorded is drawn as a gap, never as a zero.
- 1Your activity score
- 2Only the days with data are drawn
- 3Where the data came from, and when it last synced

08 / 08Order
Order the next test. The loop starts again.
Blood and DNA tests, scans and examinations in one catalogue. When your plan calls for a repeat test you order it here, and its result starts the loop again.
- 1Search tests, scans and screens
- 2Blood, DNA, scans and examinations
- 3Home kits, priced up front
05Every day between tests
Built on what you measure, not what you said once.
Your plan starts from your results. Then the things you track every day keep it honest. When you measure something, it replaces what you told us during sign-up. The two are never averaged together.
Figures shown are examples
Sleep
Nights from your phone or watch, scored against a goal your plan sets, never below 6 hours or above 10.
Nutrition
Photograph a meal for an estimate you confirm. Suggested meals are screened against your allergies first.
Medication
Reminders, adherence, and an interaction check that says what it checked and what it couldn’t.
Weight, water, blood pressure
Logged in a few taps. A blood pressure reading is graded by whichever of its two numbers is higher-risk.
Activity
Workouts and steps from Apple Health or Health Connect, no retyping.
Predyqtions
Where a measurement is heading, shown as a range, with a record of how often past ranges held.
Symptoms and questions
Ask about what you’re feeling. Answers draw on your own records, and never name a diagnosis.
06Predyqt 2
Everything between your blood tests.
A lab result is one morning a few times a year. Predyqt 2 is every other hour of it: heart, oxygen, sleep and movement, worn day and night and read into the same plan your results built.

Heart rate

Blood oxygen

Sleep

Skin temperature
33.8°C

Blood pressure
118/76mmHg
Estimate, no cuff
Heart rate
Continuous through the day. The zeroes a band records while it is off your wrist are dropped before anything is averaged.
Heart rate variability
Recorded every day, so a change reads against your own history.
Blood oxygen
SpO2, measured automatically through the day and night.
Sleep stages
Deep, light, REM and awake, filed under the morning you woke up.
Activity
Steps, distance, calories and workouts, counted by the band itself.
Skin temperature
Readings from your wrist, kept as the trend they make.
Blood pressure
A cuffless estimate, labelled as one on every reading, and graded like any other so a high one is never hidden.
Stress
Taken during a live pulse reading, and shown as the band reports it.
Straight to the app
The band pairs over Bluetooth. No phone health app sits in between.
Nothing lost in transit
The band clears its memory only once your readings are safely stored.
Its figures, credited
Nothing here interprets a heart trace. What the band calculates is shown as its own.
07Candour
What Predyqt won’t do.
Health apps tend to overclaim. These are the lines we hold, and they are built into how the app works, not only into what it says.
01
Won’t diagnose you.
The analysis is decision support. It says it’s a draft until a clinician signs it off, and the app always shows which one you’re reading.
02
Won’t call a combination of medicines “safe”.
The interaction check lists what it found, how many medicines it could check, and names the ones it couldn’t.
03
Won’t give you the future as a single number.
Forecasts are ranges. Below three readings there is no forecast at all, and each one is scored afterwards against what actually happened.
04
Won’t count a blank as a zero.
Something nobody measured reads “not measured yet”. You can’t fail at a thing nobody asked of you.
05
Won’t keep the report you upload.
The file is read, turned into your results, and deleted.
06
Won’t reward your body for its numbers.
Badges count what you do, like logging, testing or taking a dose, and never a reading in range.
